RenewalCore is a renewal notification system for insurance teams. It takes the policy data you already maintain in your core system, imported straight from your standard Excel exports, and turns it into a clear, always-current picture of which policies are approaching their expiry date. Every policy is automatically sorted into a renewal window — upcoming, reminder, urgent, or expired — so nothing quietly slips past its renewal date.

From that same view, your team can generate branded renewal notices as PDF documents and email them to the assured, the servicing agent, and the broker, individually or in bulk. Recipients and contact permissions are editable per policy, notice templates and company details are configurable, and every notice that leaves the system is written to a complete email history, so duplicate notifications are avoided and any past notice can be re-opened and reviewed at any time.

The system is built for insurance carriers, managing general agents, brokerages, and the renewals, underwriting support, and operations staff who work through expiry lists every week. Administrators handle imports, templates, settings, and sending, while agents, brokers, and assured contacts see only the policies linked to their own email address.
